Description
Fuji and Fujion are bicolor apples coming from Japan. The skin is coloured light red to dark red, with yellow-green blush. The flesh is tight, crisp and juicy, with a sweet, aromatic and slightly acid taste. They are excellent for fresh consumption and used to give a fine touch to many recipes.
Fuji apples are tasty and have a smooth colour, while Fujion variety is sweeter and delicate.
